convenient transport friendly staff good equipment
The complimentary shuttle offered convenient transport. It ran into town three times each day. The staff seemed very friendly. The gym had good equipment.
I did notice some slight wear on the furniture in common areas.

underwhelming service simple pathway
the gardens are very beautiful.
The service was underwhelming. A staff member pointed up a pathway when i needed help with my luggage. i had to lug my suitcases myself to the reception. this is not the warm welcome expected.

quiet retreat beautiful grounds varied menu attentive staff
the hotel was located away from the city. the grounds were beautifully maintained and i could see wildlife around the hotel. i found the heated pool relaxing and enjoyed the varied dining options. staff members were attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
i noticed some noise from frogs at night, slightly disruptive.

oasis of tranquility
private garden hot tub dietary needs serene atmosphere
the suite upgrade was a fantastic surprise. it included a private garden and a hot tub, providing ample shady spots. the staff were very helpful in accommodating dietary needs. the grounds are fine and well maintained, relaxing atmosphere.
I did find the shuttle service dropped us off at a rather random roundabout. The taxi to the medina was necessary from there.

The heated pool maintained a perfect temperature for swimming. It was around 28 degrees. i found the availability of a free shuttle service to the new town helpful, though it did require a taxi ride from the drop-off point.

Our premium suite featured a very large bed. It looked to be two king sizes pushed together. there were three separate terraces accessible from the suite, offering various views of the hotel. a comfortable lounge area was also included within the suite.
